Snuggle of DOOM
Some things in this comic are based on real life. Today’s comic is one of those: twice now my cat has woken me up in the middle of the night trying to sleep on my neck. This does not bode well for the future.
Sorry the update is a little late! I was at a holiday party, and came home later than expected. The comic was drawn, but only mostly inked. I was hoping someone would invite me somewhere after, so I could say, sorry, I have to go home and draw chest hair. ALAS.

I sympathize. I’ve had my cat wake me up by jumping on my head. If I didn’t know better, I’d say that cat was trying to give me a heart attack …
and then there’s the cats who must knead the fabric directly over your crotch.
So cute! (I don’t have cats but I think that’s sweet.)
I was at my aunt’s house and one of her cats woke me up 3 times by sleeping on my chest. I’m allergic to cats. That was not a pleasant night.
I have a friend with a 35 pound cat. If said cat attempted this on him, he would likely be smothered in his sleep.
