Color! I thought I’d see if it took longer to add color than to do all that crosshatching. It was maybe similar… a little longer for the color, but probably worth it.
And meanwhile, Finn and Charlie are on their way back stateside. For the record, I do not advocate smuggling cured meats across national borders. OK maybe I do.
