In Search of Turkey & Friendly Faces
Hello!
Today is election day in the United States. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE VOTE. This election is very important. This is about gay rights, it’s about reproductive rights, and most of all, it’s about preserving the Affordable Care Act (which is imperfect, yes, but if it’s repealed it will be a long time before we get something like it again). Also, frankly, it’s about continuing this economic recovery, which won’t get happen with austerity and government cutbacks.
I know you don’t come here for politics, so I’ll be quiet now. But dammit, go vote.
Thanks.
Well, if you’re a fan of gay marriage or pot, this election went pretty well. (Andy, from the new state of gay marriage & pot.)
