This does not qualify as a business plan
Hey folks! I had a totally amazing time at SPX this past weekend. I did not win the Ignatz, but I remain thrilled to have been nominated in such good company.
Meanwhile, there’s a brand new web comic out there you might enjoy called The Boy in Pink Earmuffs. Like me, the cartoonist is a Rhode Islander transplanted to Chicago. What are the odds of that? Not as low as you might think, but whatever. Anyway, all that aside, check it out. It’s cute. Read it from the beginning. Because I said to.

Have you seen the wide variety of penis cozies available on Etsy? You probably could make some money at it, if the audience for it is that large. (No pun intended. Well …)
I swear to you I had no idea there were actually penis cozies for sale on Etsy. I didn’t really think penis cozies were an an actual thing.
Though, as I think about it, it was probably inevitable.
You should check out Regretsy – http://www.regretsy.com . You will find things sold on etsy that 1) you never knew existed and 2) wish to god didn’t.
I looked up that Boy in Pink Earmuffs and read through it. It has some promise and I think it’ll be pretty interesting. But then, as I was about to leave, I found a link to another webcomic: The Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal. I’d heard the name several times before, so I figured “Now’s as good a time as any” and looked through the archives.
It is among the best webcomics I’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s right up there with The Meek, Lackadaisy Cats, xkdc, Johnny Wander, and Hark! A Vagrant.
Ugh ugh ugh my brain instantly went to ‘needle felt’, and there really is not a single good sentence in the world that contains the words ‘needle’ and ‘penis’.
It’s not fair to complain when something that you enjoy, let alone enjoy for free, isn’t updated , but I thought it’s not a bad idea to say that I was a bit saddened that it wasn’t up, and I hope things aren’t too crazy or time consuming for you right now.
Oh hell! The update didn’t post! I was wondering why nobody had commented. Dammit! Thanks for letting me know. I’m on it now!
